SqueakQL
SqueakQL is Hamstik’s planned PostgreSQL-inspired, domain-restricted query language for Work Items. It is reserved for structured work-item queries that are easier to save, share, and automate than a collection of UI filters.
Coming soon
SqueakQL is not implemented yet. This page is intentionally a clear signpost, not a language reference.
There is no committed grammar, operator list, field catalog, function set, compatibility promise, or parser contract to publish today. Do not build integrations against speculative syntax.
What this section will eventually cover
When SqueakQL is real, the documentation can grow into:
- a quick start and syntax guide;
- expressions, fields, operators, functions, and data types;
- dates, intervals,
NULLbehavior, text search, and sorting; - practical recipes and saved-query examples;
- errors and language versioning; and
- CI-validated examples extracted from this documentation.
For current filtering, use the Work Items and Board views in Hamstik. They are the supported query experience today.
