Release portfolio

Open Organization → Portfolio to review Milestones, Release Versions, and Epics from Projects you can access. Project visibility is checked for each request, including direct links and subsequent pages. An Organization or Enterprise membership does not extend Project visibility. Counts and progress are scoped to accessible Projects and current Work Items; they do not reveal or include restricted Project work.

The list and timeline show the same essential information. Filter by Project, Milestone ID, Release state, Epic state, owner, target window, and overdue state. Milestone filtering selects Releases assigned to that Milestone and Epics directly assigned to one of those Releases. State filters apply to their corresponding section. Missing dates appear as Unscheduled. Progress counts distinct descendants for an Epic and distinct current Work Items for a Release Version or Milestone. A Work Item in two Releases under one Milestone counts once toward Milestone progress.

Each section pages independently, up to 50 rows per page. Next-page links retain the current filters and recheck authorization. The default target window spans about one year; choose a different window of up to one year to inspect another period. Print from the browser for the visible page and filter context, then page through the remaining sections for complete coverage. Release and target dates are planning and lifecycle facts, not proof of deployment, approval, or compliance.
