Project roadmap

Open Project → Roadmap to review current Epic progress and planned dates alongside Release Versions and Milestones. The list and timeline show the same information. Use the date range, Epic state and owner, Release Version, Milestone, and descendant type, status, and assignee filters; the URL retains the selection for other authorized Project members. A shared URL grants no additional access.

Epic progress counts distinct, non-deleted descendants in the existing Work Item hierarchy. A descendant assigned to several Release Versions counts once. Archived descendants remain in the count and are identified separately. An Epic without descendants shows no children; missing dates show Unscheduled. Descendant filters change the progress denominator. Select Show descendants on an Epic to page through its nested Work Items. Epics and descendants are paginated; the date range is limited to one year.

The timeline marks a Work Item due date, Release target date, Release date, and Milestone target date when provided. These are planning or Release lifecycle facts. They do not prove deployment. An overdue date means the date has passed while work is unfinished. Print from the browser to retain the currently visible authorized page and filter context. Page through the remaining results before treating a printout as a complete Project record.

Edits are made through the linked Work Item, Release Version, or Milestone pages. The roadmap does not create a second Release or workflow state.
